Since 2007 my professional practice keeps bringing me a lot of awe and joy.
I have extensive personal experience with this work.

I was a mess !
I met the originator, Heather Wallace, at Fairview Chronic Pain Clinic in 1989 after years of worsening pain despite over a decade of physical therapy. Stuck, distorted and increasingly weakened. Too often ending in pain, always under the threat of it.
I was incredibly fortunate to find the right kind of help! My body started learning right away. With something else, I may have gotten some relief, but never, never this level of repair and empowerment! I gradually came to have little or no structural pain despite advancing in years. And if I hurt, I know what to do to address it!
It does not take that much to, at least, prevent aggravation. I learned to live in a kinder and sustainable way,
choosing to pay attention to my needs and respect my limits. It is not always easy or even possible to make oneself a priority but I actually can accomplish much more this way.
Both brain and body benefit from a balanced relationship with one another! Not hippie indulgence, a deeper and rational understanding of how we best function. My opinion is that, even beyond achieving structural comfort and health, when it is possible for us to establish a respectful and caring relationship to ourselves,we are healthier, better us - and better to others!
I like to help the odds be on my side... a kind and thoughtful attitude also is a direct and effective way to practice self-care and prevention. To me, prevention is gold. Not only is getting hurt painful but also potentially debilitating and costly!
I know a lot about our structure, about pain and how to get out of it. I have lots of “tips”, I love to share the goodness and help foster well being in others.
This is a safe and sound way to address structural issues, big and small, suitable to most, especially helpful for those with stubborn and painful issues.
